About William

William Wallace makes calm books for noisy days.

From Olympia, Washington, he creates the Capybara series — coloring books and maze books starring Pip the capybara and his friends Nim and Tuck.

He picked the capybara on purpose. It's the most unbothered animal on Earth, which seemed like a useful thing to hand a kid with a fresh box of crayons, and even more useful to hand the adults.

He works under the close supervision of two cats, Nomi and Kiyo. Neither has offered useful feedback.
